Wall-mounted Unit Design
The surface of the iSmile Eco FCU is matte white, perfect if you are going for the minimalistic look.
The surface of the Ezi Series FCU is glossy white and sleek.
Both designs can easily complement any home interior.
Smart Control
Both iSmile Eco and Ezi Series wall-mounted FCU units come with built-in Wi-Fi adaptor for smart phone control.
Easily use Daikin mobile control app to control your air conditioner from anywhere at anytime via your smart phone.
* Built-in Wi-Fi card available for Wall-mounted indoor units only
** Indoor ducted units, does not come with Built-in Wi-Fi card and only selected ducted units come with the option to add-on adaptor for smart phone control
*** Earlier made Ezi Series FCU does not come with built-in Wi-Fi adaptor
Voice control
Hey google turn on all the aircons.
From October 2022 onwards, the option for voice control has been made available to both iSmile Eco and Ezi Series FCU. Additional purchase of Google Nest or Google Nest Mini and integration with Google Home App would be required.
Note: This option is not made available to earlier made Daikin iSmile Eco and Daikin Ezi Series.
Energy Efficiency
Both Daikin iSmile Eco and Daikin Ezi Series are utilising the R32 refrigerant which can lower electricity consumption by up to around 10% compared to other air-conditioner refrigerants. It has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of 675, which is a third lower than other refrigerants, making it less of an environmental burden. R32 refrigerant can also help you save money by achieving a higher cooling capacity and your desired temperature faster.
The iSmile Eco outdoor units have been rated the highest number of five ticks in energy efficiency by the National Environment Agency. While the Ezi series energy efficiency rating range between 3 & 4 ticks.
