Gelair™ delivers the benefits of Pure Australian Tea Tree Oil to improve your indoor air quality and environment using a range of healthy living technology.
A patented system, using a specially formulated gel matrix that is placed in an air handling unit (AHU), where it releases specific concentrations of top-quality Australian tea tree oil vapour throughout the air-conditioning system. Tea tree oil (a 100% natural essential oil) is a broad spectrum anti-microbial and anti-fungal agent.

WHAT DOES GELAIR™ SMELL LIKE?
The natural smell of Gelair is from the tea tree oil.
When Gelair is first introduced into the air-conditioning system a faint tea tree scent describe as “clean” and “fresh” is noticeable. This initial scent is the best way to be sure that Gelair is releasing optimal concentrations of tea tree oil throughout the system and reassures that the room is treated for mould, bacterial and viruses.
GELAIR™ IMPROVES INDOOR AIR QUALITY
• Inhibits the growth of mold
• Kills bacteria (including Legionella Pneumophila which is responsible for Legionnaires’ disease)
• Kills viruses (studies have shown tea tree oil to be effective in inhibiting the replication cycle of H1N1)
Gelair solution samples were tested with TÜV SÜD PSB for bactericidal and fungicidal activity according to standard BS:EN 1040:200.
